PROCESS
B2B Footwear Production -from Concept to Delivery
We treat footwear not only as a product, but as a comprehensive B2B service. We guide our clients through the entire process – from needs analysis and concept development to product development, testing, and production, followed by logistics, sales materials, and post-implementation support.
As a result, our partners receive not only a finished product, but also a well-planned, controlled, and efficiently managed process that supports their business at every stage.
1. Client Needs Analysis and Brief

We begin the process by gaining a detailed understanding of the client’s needs, target group, and business objectives for the project.
Together, we define the target price level, expectations regarding materials, design, colours, functionality, and consistency with the brand’s existing offer. At this stage, we also take into account market specifics, product seasonality, and sales objectives.
2. Collection Concept and Moodboard

We define the collection direction and prepare the initial offer.
Based on the brief, we develop an initial product concept in the form of a moodboard and collection proposal. At this stage, we translate business and image-related assumptions into specific design directions, tailored to the character of the client’s brand and the expectations of its target audience.
We ensure that the offer is visually attractive, consistent, and feasible to implement efficiently.
3. Schedule Planning and Implementation Requirements

We align timelines with market and client requirements.
At the same time, we precisely plan the timing of the entire project. In the footwear industry, on-time delivery is critical, as the product is often part of a broader apparel collection, promotional activity, or campaign linked to a specific event, season, or launch.
We take into account the time required for product development, testing, production, transport, and final delivery of the goods in line with quantity and quality requirements.
4. Supplier Selection and Product Development

We select suppliers, materials, and technical solutions.
Once the direction has been approved, we choose the most suitable suppliers and begin the development stage. We often work in parallel with several production partners to identify the best solutions in terms of quality, technical capabilities, price, and delivery time.
We prepare the technical design, select materials, colours, and product construction, ensuring consistency with the previously agreed assumptions and the specific requirements of the collection.
5. Prototypes, Samples, and Initial Testing

We prepare samples and verify the product.
At this stage, the first trial versions, samples, and test models are created. They allow us to assess the product’s appearance, quality of workmanship, wearing comfort, and compliance with the design assumptions.
This is a key moment in the process, as it enables us to introduce any necessary adjustments before approving the final production version.
6. Client Approval and Final Version Refinement

We introduce adjustments and approve the final version.
We present the completed samples to the client, collect feedback, and introduce the necessary corrections. Together, we arrive at the final product version, which is approved by both the client and the factory.
We also prepare the full size range for fitting and trial tests to ensure that the product meets quality, technical, and usability requirements in every size.
7. Packaging Design and Preparation of Implementation Materials

We develop packaging and all product presentation elements.
At the same time, we prepare the packaging and all elements related to product presentation. We design individual and bulk packaging in line with the client’s requirements, logistics standards, and brand character.
At this stage, we also finalise the details of labelling, sorting, and product packaging.
8. Production and Ongoing Quality Supervision

We launch production and supervise quality at every stage.
Once all elements have been approved, we start production. We are present at every stage of execution and supervise the entire process in detail – from moulds, soles, and cut-outs to materials, finishing, and final workmanship quality.
Our role is to actively monitor product compliance with the approved specification and respond quickly to any issues requiring clarification or correction.
9. Quality Testing and Compliance with Requirements

We verify product quality and compliance.
Depending on the project needs, we conduct internal tests or commission external, specialised testing units. The scope of testing is always tailored to the client’s requirements, the target market, and the nature of the product.
As a result, the client receives a product that is not only visually attractive, but also compliant with quality and formal requirements.
10. Logistics, Documentation, and Delivery

We organise delivery and prepare the required documentation.
We comprehensively organise the delivery stage, preparing the appropriate method of packing, sorting, and product packaging. We prepare full technical, transport, and commercial documentation required for the efficient introduction of products to the European market.
The goods can be delivered either to our warehouses or directly to the client’s warehouses, depending on the agreed cooperation model.
11. Customs Clearance and Transport Organisation

We organise packaging, documentation, and transport.
We also coordinate import and logistics processes following sea freight, including customs clearance and onward land transport. We organise solutions tailored to the scale of the project and the client’s preferences, ensuring process continuity and delivery security at every stage of the logistics chain.
12. Product Materials and Sales Support

We prepare product materials and support the sales launch.
After production is completed, we prepare product documentation and images that the client can use in sales, marketing, and promotional activities.
We also provide studio photography suitable for advertising materials, catalogues, and sales communication, supporting the client in successfully introducing the product to the market.
13. Sales Analysis and Development of Future Collections

We draw conclusions and develop future collections.
Our cooperation does not end with product delivery. We analyse sales results and, based on them, recommend solutions that can improve future implementations, enhance the offer, and increase the sales potential of subsequent collections.
As a result, the process becomes not only production, but also long-term business support.
